How do I change my password?

You can change your password at anytime to protect the security of your
online agency program account. To change your password, log in to your account with
your username and password at www.acord-forms.com.
Once you have logged in Click
on the "Account Information" option located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Enter your new password in the "password" and "Confirm password" tabs then click
"Update".

If you forget or misplace your password for your online account, you may request
it online by simply clicking on "Forgot Password?" link, which is located at the
bottom of the login screen. Enter your UserName and Email Address in the fields provided under the Password Recovery section
to have your password sent to your email address or your password reset.Once we receive your request,
the correct password information will be sent to the email address that is on file
for the account's primary contact.
