ACORD 60 WV (12/93) - West Virginia Auto Supplement

West Virginia law requires that Uninsured and Underinsured motor vehicle coverage must be offered to all named insureds. The West Virginia Insurance Commissioner has provided the language to be used in forms which will comply with these requirements.

Use ACORD 60 WV with ACORD 90 WV, and all commercial auto applications, to provide general information to current and prospective named insureds (both commercial and personal policies) about Uninsured and Underinsured Motor Vehicle coverage.
